If you have forgotten your password or can no longer log in, you can reset it from the login page. This guide walks you through the full password reset flow.

Note: This article covers resetting your password when you are locked out. If you are already logged in and want to change your password, see the account settings article instead.

Starting the reset process

Open the WEMASY login page. Below the password field, click the Forgot password? link. You will be taken to the password reset page.

Enter the email address associated with your WEMASY account and click Send reset link.

Checking your email

WEMASY will send a password reset email to the address you entered. Open your inbox and look for an email from WEMASY.

Click the reset link in the email. This will open a page where you can set a new password.

Tip: If you do not see the email in your inbox, check your spam or junk folder.

Link expiration

The password reset link is valid for a limited time. If the link has expired, return to the login page and request a new reset link by following the same steps.

Setting a new password

After clicking the reset link, you will see a form to create a new password. Enter your new password and confirm it.

Choose a strong password that is easy for you to remember but hard for others to guess. A combination of letters, numbers, and special characters is recommended.

Click Reset password to save your new password. You will then be able to log in with your updated credentials.

Troubleshooting

  • Did not receive the email: Double-check that you entered the correct email address. Try requesting a new reset link. Check your spam or junk folder.
  • Link expired: Go back to the login page and request a fresh reset link.
  • Still unable to log in: Make sure you are using the new password you just set. If the problem persists, contact WEMASY support for assistance.
