WEMASY uses a notification badge to alert you when something needs your attention. It appears at the top of your screen so you never miss an important update.

What Is the Notification Badge?

The notification badge is a small visual indicator that appears at the top of your screen. It lets you know that there are new items waiting for your review. This helps you stay on top of incoming activity without having to manually check each section of your dashboard.

What Triggers the Notification Badge?

The notification badge appears when certain events occur within your WEMASY account. These include:

• Form submissions — When a visitor submits a form on your website, the badge will appear to notify you.
• Important notifications — WEMASY may also display the badge for other important updates that require your attention.

Once you have a new form submission or any important notification, you will see the badge appear at the top of your screen.

How to View Your Notifications

When you see the notification badge, click on it to view your pending notifications. This will show you a summary of new activity. You can then review each item and take action as needed.

If you want to clear all notifications at once, click Mark all as read in the top right corner of the notification panel. This will dismiss all unread notifications.

Tip: Check your notifications regularly to ensure you respond to form submissions and other updates in a timely manner.

When the Badge Disappears

The notification badge will disappear once you have viewed your new notifications. If new activity occurs after that, the badge will reappear to alert you again.

Note: The notification badge only appears when there are unread items. If you do not see a badge, it means there are no new notifications at this time.
