WEMASY provides several security features to help protect your account. You can manage all of them from one place in your account settings.

Accessing your security settings

To open your security settings:

  1. Click your avatar or initials in the top right corner of the screen.
  2. Select My account from the menu.
  3. Navigate to the Security section.

Available security features

The Security section gives you access to the following features:

  • Password — Change your account password at any time.
  • Two-factor authentication — Add an extra layer of protection to your sign-in process.
  • Active sessions — View all devices currently signed in to your account and end sessions remotely if needed.

Changing your password

You can update your password directly from the Security section. Choose a strong password that is unique to your WEMASY account. A strong password is at least 12 characters long and includes a mix of letters, numbers, and symbols.

Tip: Change your password regularly and avoid reusing passwords from other services.

Two-factor authentication

Two-factor authentication (2FA) adds a second verification step when you sign in. After entering your password, you will also need to provide a code from an authenticator app on your device. This makes it much harder for someone else to access your account, even if they know your password.

For a full guide on setting up 2FA, see the Two-factor authentication article.

Active sessions

The active sessions overview shows every device that is currently signed in to your account. You can review this list to make sure you recognize all sessions. If you see an unfamiliar session, you can end it remotely.

For more details, see the Viewing active sessions article.

Best practices

  • Use a strong, unique password for your WEMASY account.
  • Enable two-factor authentication for an extra layer of security.
  • Review your active sessions regularly to spot any unauthorized access.
  • Sign out from devices you no longer use.

Note: If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, change your password immediately and end all unfamiliar sessions from the Active sessions overview.
