Inviting collaborators

You can invite other people to collaborate on your WEMASY project. Collaborators can work on the same project, helping you build and manage your website together.

How to invite a collaborator

1. Click your avatar or initials in the top right corner of the screen.
2. Select Collaborators from the account menu.
3. Enter the email address of the person you want to invite.
4. Send the invitation.

The invited person will receive an email with instructions to join your project.

Verification required

Collaborators need to have a verified WEMASY account before they can access your project. If the person you invite does not yet have an account, they will need to create one and verify their email address first.

What collaborators can do

Once a collaborator joins your project, they can work on it alongside you. This includes editing pages and contributing to the project's content.

Managing collaborators

You can view and manage your collaborators from the same Collaborators section in the account menu. If you need to remove someone's access, you can do so from the collaborators list.

Tip: Inviting collaborators is also a required first step if you plan to transfer ownership of a project. The person must be a collaborator before ownership can be transferred.
