Structures let you publish many similar entries (blog posts, team members, portfolio items) without rebuilding each page from scratch.

Create a structure

Website Builder — Create a structure

  1. In Website Builder, click the three dots next to Pages and open Structures.
  2. Click New structure. Set title, status, items per page, and sort order.
  3. Enable Are these accessible pages? if each item should have its own URL.
  4. Add Items Custom Fields with the field builder (drag fields, set field keys, click Save).

Items and categories

After saving, the structure appears in the top bar. Create Items with title, URL, intro, content, and sort number. Use sort numbers in steps of 100 (100, 200, 300) so you can insert items later. Assign one or more categories and set a primary category.

Enable categories on the structure to group items. See Structure categories for full category setup.

Schedule publication on items with Schedule Publication. See Scheduled publication.

Advanced options

  • Disable single page — Item stays in listings but opens a custom page you designed instead.
  • Disable listing — Item is hidden from category or structure listings.
  • External URL — Link to an outside site when disable single page is enabled. See Structure external URLs.
  • Override default layout — Use a different layout per item or category.
  • Importer connection — Items linked to an import job show Connected to Importer. Use Detach to remove the link.

Warning: The structure identifier cannot be changed after creation without breaking URLs. Plan the identifier carefully.

Display structure content on pages with the Structures element. Connect a page as an index listing via Structure index pages.
