Page settings and SEO

Each page has tabs for general settings, SEO, layout, security, and advanced options.

General

Set the browser title, URL path, homepage flag, and publish status (active or draft). Theme projects can also tag pages (home, about, blog, checkout, and others) for theme logic.

SEO

Add meta title, meta description, keywords, canonical URL, and meta image (used when the link is shared). Enable Do not index if the page should not appear in search engines.

Enable Use auto-generated screenshot to let WEMASY create a social preview image from the page. Regenerate the thumbnail from the page list when you change the design.

Layout

Select a layout that defines the shared header and footer. See Layouts explained.

Security

You can password-protect a page. Create the public login page first, then switch to Edit secure page to design the protected content visitors see after login.

Advanced

• Page element ID — Anchor ID for hash links (for example /contact#pricing).
• Structure identification — Connect this page to a structure for index listings. See Structure index pages.
