Data importer for structures

The importer connects external data sources to structure items.

Open the importer

In Website Builder, click the three dots next to Pages and select Importer.

Create an import job

1. Click New Importer and link it to a structure identifier.
2. Choose format: CSV, JSON, or XML.
3. Set the source URL where the file is hosted.
4. Map source columns to structure fields and custom field keys.
5. Save the importer.

Scheduled imports

Enable scheduling and set an interval (hourly, daily, weekly, or selected dates). Run imports manually with Run now from the importer list.

Connected items

Structure items created or updated by an importer show Connected to Importer. Use Detach on the item to remove the connection.
