Schedule publication controls when structure items become active.

Structure items

When creating or editing a structure item, use Schedule Publication to set a future publish date and time. Leave empty to publish immediately.

Status badges show whether an item is Scheduled, Published, or Draft in the items list.

Not the same as auto-publish

Schedule Publication is per structure item. Auto-publish on the Publish screen runs recurring site rebuilds for your whole project. See Auto-publish and deploy versions.

Note: Regular pages do not have schedule publication in Website Builder. Use draft status until you are ready to publish.

On structure item lists, filter by Scheduled to see items with a future publish date.
