Auto-publish and deploy versions

The Publish screen manages deploy builds (generated static site output), not editor content versions.

Click Publish in the top right. Tabs include Deploy, Versions, and Auto-publish.

Each successful deploy is stored. Download a previous build or click Deploy to roll back to an earlier published version.

Auto-publish (site rebuild schedule)

Auto-publish runs the static site generator on a schedule (for example daily at 07:00 or weekly on Monday). Start, pause, or resume from the Auto-publish tab. If a scheduled build fails, your live site is not replaced.

This is different from Schedule Publication on structure items and from editor version history in the designer. See Scheduled publication and Editor version history.
