Open Forms from the product switcher. The top bar shows Dashboard, Forms, and Submissions.

Create a form

Forms — Create a form

  1. Click Create form.
  2. Enter title and submit button text.
  3. Set redirect URL after submit (optional).
  4. Configure owner notification email and user confirmation email.
  5. Save and open the form builder.
